Coloring Book + Song Giveaway Official Rules
These rules explain how the giveaway works, what the prize includes, how winners are selected, and how sponsor-supported giveaways work, what the prize includes, how winners are selected, and how The Masked Songwriter Collection may showcase completed projects.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored and operated by The Masked Songwriter TGR. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform unless specifically stated on the giveaway entry page.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to eligible entrants who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their location, at the time of entry. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, or anyone directly involved with administering the giveaway may be excluded from winning.
3. No Purchase Necessary
Any paid product offered near the giveaway is optional and separate from the free giveaway entry.
4. Entry Period
The entry period will be listed on the main giveaway page. If no specific closing date is shown, the giveaway may be treated as an ongoing or rolling promotion until it is paused, replaced, or closed by the sponsor.
5. How To Enter
- Submit the giveaway entry form.
- Provide a valid email address so the winner can be contacted.
- No story, photo, or creative submission is required unless the active giveaway page clearly asks for it.
- Only one entry per person may be counted unless the giveaway page clearly says otherwise.
- Automated, fake, incomplete, abusive, or fraudulent entries may be rejected.
By entering, participants may receive giveaway updates, winner announcements, new project announcements, sponsor-related updates, and related communications from The Masked Songwriter Collection. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing messages where required or available.
6. Prize Description
The prize is the coloring book and song package described on the active giveaway page. The prize may include:
- A digital coloring book or storybook, usually up to approximately 8–12 pages unless otherwise stated.
- One original song created or selected by The Masked Songwriter TGR for the giveaway theme.
- Lyrics files, digital certificate, edition numbering, and collectible-style project branding when included.
- Digital delivery by email, download link, or another reasonable method.
The prize does not automatically include printed books, physical shipping, commercial licensing, unlimited revisions, animation, video production, or extra songs unless specifically stated in writing.
7. Creative Scope And Limits
The sponsor has final creative discretion over the giveaway theme, coloring book style, lyrics, arrangement, page count, layout, and what is included in the prize.
- Prize coloring book: up to approximately 8–12 digital pages.
- The giveaway prize is not a fully custom unlimited project unless the active giveaway page says otherwise.
- Revisions, custom requests, extra pages, physical printing, or extra songs are not included unless specifically stated.
- People who want a personalized or expanded version may be offered a separate paid product.
8. Official Collection Editions
Completed projects may include an official edition number, The Masked Songwriter Collection seal, TGR signature branding, song session number, digital certificate, and sponsor acknowledgement when applicable.
Each completed project is intended to feel like a unique collectible experience, even when delivered digitally.
9. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing unless the active giveaway page clearly states a different selection method.
Entrants do not need to submit a story, photo, idea, or creative pitch to win unless the active giveaway page specifically requires it.
The winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time, another winner may be selected.
10. Optional Photos, Stories, Or Ideas
The standard entry only requires the information requested on the entry form. A story, photo, or creative idea is not required unless the active giveaway page specifically asks for it.
If an entrant voluntarily submits a story, photo, name, likeness, pet image, family detail, or creative idea, the entrant confirms they have the right to submit it.
Voluntary submissions may be reviewed by The Masked Songwriter TGR, but they do not increase the odds of winning unless the active giveaway page clearly says otherwise.
11. Content Restrictions
Entries may be rejected if they include illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, defamatory, unsafe, stolen, copyrighted, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Do not submit celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters, trademarked properties, private information, or content you do not have the right to use.
12. Delivery And Timing
Delivery time depends on project complexity, winner response time, production schedule, and technical availability. The sponsor will make a reasonable effort to deliver the prize, but no exact delivery date is guaranteed unless stated in writing.
13. Optional Purchases
Entrants may be offered the option to buy a personalized coloring book, custom song package, upgraded package, or related creative product immediately. These purchases are optional and separate from the giveaway.
A purchase does not improve the odds of winning. Paid products may have their own pricing, scope, revision limits, timelines, refund policies, and terms.
14. Publicity And Marketing Use
Unless restricted by law or agreed otherwise in writing, The Masked Songwriter Collection may use the winner’s first name, general location, prize title, non-sensitive announcement details, and finished giveaway examples for announcement, portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes.
Sensitive private details may be edited, withheld, or anonymized at the sponsor’s discretion.
15. Sponsors & Community Support
Some giveaways may be supported by local businesses, organizations, creators, or community sponsors who help pay the creative fees required to complete the selected winner’s storybook and song package.
Sponsors may appear inside the storybook, on the certificate, on sponsor acknowledgement sections, on the giveaway page, or in related promotional materials. Sponsor placement is intended to be tasteful and supportive, not to take ownership of the winner’s story.
Sponsor participation helps support future giveaways, storytelling projects, and community experiences.
16. Privacy
Email addresses and entry information may be used to administer the giveaway, contact entrants, notify winners, provide updates, and send related promotional messages. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails where required or available.

17. Changes, Cancellation, And Disqualification
The sponsor may update, pause, cancel, extend, or modify the giveaway if technical problems, fraud, abuse, low participation, scheduling issues, legal concerns, or other reasonable circumstances affect the giveaway.
Entrants may be disqualified for violating these rules, submitting false information, abusing the entry system, or attempting to interfere with the giveaway.
18. Limitation Of Liability
By entering, entrants agree that The Masked Songwriter TGR is not responsible for lost entries, technical problems, email delivery issues, unavailable websites, incomplete submissions, third-party platform issues, or any damages arising from participation or prize use to the fullest extent allowed by law.
